Mollie, Business Coordinator
Mollie is one of our business coordinators who has been with the company for just over 2 years. She enjoys playing softball in her free time and loves her cat Kit. Here’s what Mollie thinks about her career with Active Health:

Katrina is one of our certified personal trainers. She has 3 cats whom she loves. We asked Katrina “what do you enjoy about working here?” These were her thoughts:
“Open communication. All ideas are welcome, included, and sometimes even used. Great benefits for those wanting to further their education, flexible schedule (split shifts for those who work other jobs, early mornings and nights). Constant support from company leaders- you can tell they want not only better for the company but for employees as well. Genuine community – I enjoy spending my work hours here. I feel more important than just a body on the training floor. I enjoy being kept in the know and how well everything gets communicated through everyone.”

“I was working in retail and wanted to start a career that could help make a difference in peoples lives. 6 years later, I still love being part of the company growth and getting to develop new ideas and follow them through from beginning to being implemented, and continuing to watch them evolve and change over the years.
I have resided in Connecticut my entire life. I have a bachelors degree in Mathematics and an MBA in Finance. I love analytics, all things numbers, and problem solving. I love spending time with my son and watching him learn and explore.”
