Active Health offers a number of options depending on your fitness goals. 

PERSONAL TRAINING

Our personal training philosophy focuses on proper body mechanics and strength training. The programs all begin with an assessment that teaches us about the unique condition, limitations and opportunities of your body. By personalizing based on the client, we are able to develop sessions that focus on improving health and body condition and avoid injury.

We offer a number of program options:
• 1:1 Private Sessions
• 30 & 50 minute sessions options

All programs are integrative and include dedicated time for goal setting and goal review with your coach and regular in-body (body fat and muscle mass) measurements to document your progress

Semi-Private Personal TRAINING

Our personal training philosophy focuses on proper body mechanics and strength training. The programs all begin with an assessment that teaches us about the unique condition, limitations and opportunities of your body. By personalizing based on the client, we are able to develop sessions that focus on improving health and body condition and avoid injury.

We offer a number of program options:
• 1:4 Semi-Private Sessions
• 50 minute sessions length
• 3, 6, and 12 month commitments

All programs are integrative and include dedicated time for goal setting and goal review with your coach.

FITNESS PROGRAMMING

Online Personalized Programing is a set of workouts provided by a Certified Personal Trainer that you do on your own. We begin this with a virtual assessment on Zoom. Workouts are updated every 4 weeks and tweaked weekly based on your feedback. Your workouts come virtually via our app. All communication and performance tracking is self-contained within the app.

CLASSES

We offer fitness and health education classes at our 39 Park Lane Rd., New Milford, CT location. Our medical memberships include standard classes and health facility access is available as an add on with any purchased training package.

OPEN FLOOR

We offer health facility memberships for self-guided open floor time. Come use our equipment on your time. Online reservations are required to keep groups small. Our open floor facility is located at both 39 Park Lane Rd., New Milford CT and 126 South Turnpike Road, Wallingford CT.
