- A verification number will be sent via text; type that code in to confirm your identity.
- Using the Healow App
- If choosing to download and use the Healow app, enter our Practice Code: DHCIAD to connect the account.
- Upon successful entry, the same dashboard and features will be available in a mobile-friendly format.

- Important: For urgent or emergent situations, always call 911. Do not leave emergency messages in the portal.
