How to Easily Schedule Classes and Appointments on ACTHealth.org

Are you looking to book your next health class or appointment with ease? Navigating online scheduling can sometimes be a hassle, but with ACT Health’s user-friendly platform, securing your spot is a breeze. This step-by-step guide will walk you through the process of booking your classes and appointments seamlessly on ACTHealth.org. 

Step 1: Visit ACTHealth.org 

Start by going to the ACT Health homepage. This is your gateway to a wide range of health services, classes, and appointments designed to meet your wellness need.

 

Step 2: Access Classes & Appointments 

At the top of the homepage, you’ll find the “Classes & Appointments” tab. Click on it to view the various services and scheduling options available. 

Step 3: Sign In or Create an Account 

  • Existing Users: If you already have an account, click on the “Sign In” button located at the top right-hand corner of the page.
  • New Users: If this is your first time, you’ll need to sign up for an account. Click on “Sign In” and then select “Create an Account”. Follow the prompts to set up your profile. 

Note: After creating a new account, our staff will sync your profile with our system. Once synced, you’ll be able to see all your bookings and manage your appointments effortlessly. 

Once logged in, click he down arrow next to your email in the upper right of the screen to view your appointments and your codes. When you view your booked appointments, you can reschedule or cancel.

Step 4: Select Your Desired Service 

Browse through the list of services and choose the one you wish to schedule. Whether it’s a fitness class, an educational talk, or a personal training session, select the option that fits your needs. 

Step 5: Choose “Any Available” Trainer or Instructor 

When prompted to select a trainer or instructor, choose “Any Available”. This ensures you see the full range of available times for the service you’ve selected. 

Important: Selecting individual trainers may show very limited or no availability if they are not teaching the class you’re trying to schedule. 

Step 6: Pick Your Preferred Time 

A calendar or list of available times will appear. Choose the time slot that works best for you. You have several options to customize your booking: 

  • Select and Continue: Use this if you only want to book a single appointment. 
  • Select and Add Another Time: Ideal if you wish to make multiple bookings at different days and times. 
  • Select and Make Recurring: Perfect for scheduling the same class or appointment at the same day and time for multiple week 

Step 7: Set Up Recurring Appointments (If Applicable) 

If you choose to make your appointment recurring: 

  1. Select how many weeks you want the appointment to recur using the drop-down menu. 
  2. Click “See Availability” in the right-hand corner. 
  3. Unavailable times will appear in yellow and cannot be booked. 
  4. Once you’ve selected your preferred times, proceed to the next step. 

Step 8: Review and Confirm Your Appointments 

Before finalizing, review all the appointments you’ve scheduled: 

  • First-Time Users: You’ll need to enter your personal information. Rest assured, once entered, it will auto-populate for future bookings. 
  • Returning Users: Verify that all details are correct and make any necessary adjustments. 

Don’t forget to check that your code is entered correctly and corresponds to the appointment you’re booking. If you’re unsure about your code, please consult our staff for assistance. 

Step 9: Finalize Your Booking and Adding Package Code

After confirming all details: 

  1. Click the “Continue” button to proceed. 
  2. Review the summary of your bookings one last time. 
  3. Enter your information in the requested fields. If you have booked online before, your personal information will already be entered. Then continue to payment

4. Be sure to expand Package, Gift, or coupon codes option to view and apply your codes that can be used for that appointment. Once the codes are applied, the total will be reduced. Select confirm and pay.

5. Click “Confirm Appointments” to finalize. 

You’ll receive a confirmation of your scheduled classes or appointments. 

Step 10: Manage Your Bookings 

  • View Appointments: When you log in, you’ll be able to see all your scheduled appointments and classes. 
  • New Accounts: Remember, if it’s your first time booking, our staff will need to sync your new account with our system. Once synced, all your bookings will be visible in your account dashboard.
