Yes! Our physicians currently have openings for new patients. However, there are limited spots available. Our physicians will maintain a maximum patient population of 1/5th the industry standard as a maximum. This means at some point, we may have to utilize a wait list for membership. 

Active Health offers an integrated suite of services including:

  • Comprehensive Primary Care (routine visits, chronic disease management, preventive screenings)

  • Personal Training (1:1 private sessions, semi-private sessions, group classes, online programming)

  • Health & Nutrition Coaching (one-on-one SMART-goal setting, diet planning, behavior-change support)

  • Diagnostic & Performance Testing (InBody body-composition analysis, clinical-grade VO₂ max testing)

  • Health Education Classes and Open-Floor Facility Access for self-guided workouts.

  1. Join the Waitlist via phone or email.

  2. Meet Your Provider in a “meet & greet” to discuss your needs.

  3. Choose a Membership (annual commitment).

  4. Begin Care once your spot is confirmed.

Membership tiers:

  • Essential Membership ($170/mo): unlimited standard primary care; unlimited health-coach & nutrition sessions; all fitness classes; online personal-fitness programs; 15% off Fullscript supplements; up to 15% off personal training; facility access; free fitness tracker.

  • Premium Membership ($5,000/yr): all Essential benefits + physician continuity; specialist scheduling; 24/7 virtual consults; home & rehab visits; on-site ED consults.

(Medical visits are still billed through your insurance.)

  • 30-Minute Private Sessions – quick, ideal for busy schedules

  • 50-Minute Private Sessions  – comprehensive coaching

  • 50-Minute Semi-Private (1:4 ratio) – small-group energy same comprehensive coaching

  • Unlimited Group Training Classes – dynamic strength & conditioning

Each plan also offers 3, 6, or 12-month commitments and flexible session-per-week options. Choose based on your schedule, attention preference, and budget.

Unlimited health coaching is included with every medical membership. If you’re not yet a member, you can subscribe to our unlimited health coaching package for just $120 per month.

  • SMART-Goal Coaching: In your first session, your coach will guide you to define Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound targets. acthealth.org

  • Personalized Nutrition Plan: Meal guidance tailored to your goals and preferences.

  • Ongoing Accountability: Regular check-ins, progress tracking, and adjustment of your plan.

  • Medical Visits: Please call the clinic directly to book, cancel, or reschedule any primary care appointment.

  • Primary Care: All medical visits are billed through your insurance as normal.

  • Health Coaching & Training: These are covered under your membership plan and are not billed to insurance. This is specific to Online Personalized Programming, Group Classes and Open Gym. The addition of 1 on 1 personal training or Semi-Private Personal Training carries an additional out of pocket cost. 

The InBody scan is a medical-grade analyzer that breaks your weight into muscle mass, body fat, and total body water for a complete snapshot of your composition. We recommend repeating it every 4–6 weeks to objectively track changes and adjust your program as needed.

The VO₂ max test uses a clinical-grade KORR metabolic cart with a treadmill or bike protocol. You’ll wear a comfortable facemask while the machine measures oxygen consumption, CO₂ output, heart rate, and caloric burn zones over ~10–15 minutes of graded exercise

  • Physical Exams: Canceled less than 24 hours in advance incur a $100 fee.

  • All Other Appointments: Canceled less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows incur a $50 fee.
