VO₂ Max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can use during intense exercise. It’s a critical metric that reflects the strength of your heart, lungs, and muscles working together.
What the Test Looks Like:
We use a clinical-grade metabolic cart and a graded treadmill or bike protocol (your choice) to gradually push your limits while tracking:
✅ Oxygen consumption (VO₂)
✅ Carbon dioxide output (VCO₂)
✅ Respiratory exchange ratio (RER)
✅ Heart rate
✅ Caloric burn zones
Test Length: ~10–15 minutes active time (30 min total visit)
